Desirable: Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but full training will be given

• Prepare and pack beef products to standard defined for relevant stage in production process.
• Packing meat to customer specifications using various packaging and machinery.
• Working in a chilled environment.
• Always Following Health and Safety and hygiene procedures
• Ensure strict adherence to quality, HSE, animal welfare, food safety, hygiene, ethical, product labelling and handling processes
• Carry out all tasks in accordance with company policies and procedures, specifically regarding health and safety and food safety.
