PACS/RIS Technician

The role will be to provide day-to-day administration of the PACS system and supporting software and hardware to ensure that all elements remain fully functional for clinical use. This will include training, optimisation of the system, proactive system checks and quality control. To be an effective member of the PACS and RIS team providing the day-to-day management of the PACS and RIS service. To supervise PACS and RIS administrators working within the department in a number of IT support functions.
To liaise and work closely with the Frimley PACS team based on the Frimley Park sites. To liaise with the IT and Epic Applications Team based at Wexham Park Hospital for efficient and effective delivery of this service. Responsible for the integrity, content and safe use and security of the databases
