The role of the Māori Land Court as a people’s court is unique and if you believe you can bring value to the work of the court, we’d love to hear from you!
To be successful in the role you’ll need:
- A good general knowledge of, and respect for, tikanga Māori and a commitment to further develop your knowledge of Te Reo Māori.
- A genuine interest in people and experience in providing great customer service..
- Great organisational skills and a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Strong demonstrable research skills with excellent written and verbal communications.
- Operational experience in a medium or large organisation with experience using a digital workflow system to process work.
- Experience working in a high-paced environment where you are required to respond to changing needs and priorities to manage large workloads.
- Excellent administrative skills with good attention to detail to produce quality work.
- Experience in working with other agencies, service providers and key stakeholders.
You will work within a well-established and vibrant team alongside technical experts and you’ll have attributes of being flexible, calm, and resilient.
