Description:
To develop the Trust operational policies as part of the multidisciplinary Community Paediatric Team and participate in the development of Services for children with ADHD Adhere to procedures and protocols on moving and handling in line with current legislation Ensures accurate record keeping as per Trust policy and NMC Guidelines on patient records Support nursing practice development Develop and maintain support and after care of services for CYP and their families where there is a diagnosis of ADH
