Come and join the Children’s Pharmacy team. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated pharmacist to join the clinical pharmacy team at Southampton Children’s Hospital. It is a rotational post within both children’s and neonatal services, to complete a team of three rotational pharmacists working with the support of senior paediatric pharmacists.
The Children’s Pharmacy team is well established, developing services within both general and specialist multidisciplinary teams providing direct high quality patient care. The team is forward thinking and supportive, working together to improve the services we offer to patients.

Responsibilities:

You will provide a specialist clinical pharmacy service to paediatric and neonatal patients on a rotational basis. You will be expected to work closely with technical services and dispensary teams providing clinical expertise and guidance for individual patients.
