One Step Two Step Occupational Therapy Pty Ltd is a reputable private practice that offers services for children and families in Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy, Play and Art Therapy, Psychology, Dietetics, and Allied Health Assistants. We work closely together as a team providing services to children, adolescents, adults and their families. We offer individualised and holistic assessment and intervention to individuals with varying difficulties and diagnoses. We have multiple positions available for more Speech Pathologists to our brilliant team!
Our clinics are located in Ipswich, North Lakes, and Morningside in Brisbane and Carnegie in Melbourne. We welcome applications from graduates to professionals with all varying levels of expertise. We offer a thorough introduction and development programme to give you all the tools you need.
We are seeking clinicians who are self-motivated with a passion for paediatrics, show initiative and can work within our supportive team-based approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Apply strong clinical reasoning abilities when delivering Speech Pathology evaluation and intervention to clients.
  • The role is mostly clinic based, with some community work within the Brisbane region.
  • Control frequent worker and client interactions.
  • Offer intervention with a specific aim in mind to guarantee that all clients and families reach their functional objectives.
  • Have the chance to work in a welcoming clinic environment and offer advice to families/carers, childcare facilities, educational institutions, and community services.
  • Run group programmes and provide support.
  • Offer coaching and educational programmes for parents.
  • Work with a variety of clients from young children to adults.
  • Ascertain that all therapeutic intervention is current and compliant with NDIS practice.
