Description:
Are you an experienced Paediatric Staff Nurse or a newly qualified Staff Nurse who is committed to delivering outstanding patient care to children, young people and their families? If your answer is YES, we want you to come and join our team on the Treehouse Children’s Unit at Stepping Hill Hospital.
The Treehouse Unit is looking for experienced or newly qualified staff Nurse’s to join our team. You will supported by a fabulous team and our Paediatric Clinical Nurse Educators who will develop your personal development plan which will include senior band 5 training days, HDU course and APLS course.
We are a 20 bedded acute paediatric ward, with 8 paediatric assessment beds, a surgical ‘Walk In Walk Out’ service and 2 HDU beds. We care for children and young people with a wide variety of medical and surgical conditions. Specialist nursing teams are available to support this care delivery, including a Mental Health Practice Educator who also provides supervision and bespoke training.
We will provide you with support to further progress your career, including a wide variety of training opportunities. We will offer you a bespoke development plan, tailored to your unique career aspirations .
