Description:
Key Responsibilities: Support a new way of working that emphasises a more efficient and patient focused service. Ensure the safe referral, admission avoidance and discharge of children with undifferentiated and undiagnosed presentations across PED, CAU and the wider community setting. The role involves an 80% direct clinical component (DCC) and 20% related to management, leadership, innovation, and educational responsibilities (SPA). requirement for all employees.
In addition, all staff are expected to complete essential and mandatory training in this area.
