PAID ADS MANAGER | $80,000-87,000

Location: Pompano Beach area - on-site
If you’re ready to break from traditional ads and bring your creative vision to life, we want to hear from you! Your role will focus heavily on creating engaging video content and writing ad copy that stands out from the crowd. We want someone who’s not afraid to take risks and experiment with new formats, including hiring UGC creators, actors, or influencers to help bring unique ad campaigns to life. This role requires a strong analytical mindset to continuously modify campaigns according to the budget and marketing requirements for optimal exposure and cost.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-4 years of experience in ad management, with a strong focus on Meta, Bing, and Google Ads.
  • Experience with a monthly budget of $45-70k
  • Proven track record of developing successful video ad campaigns and writing high-performing ad copy - target ROAS at 3.5-6
  • Experience working with UGC creators, actors, or influencers to create unique ad content (highly preferred).
  • Ability to work creatively and break away from traditional ad strategies to develop innovative campaigns.
  • Experience in A/B testing, analytics, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Ad Campaign Strategy and Management: Create, manage, and optimize ads across Meta, Bing, and Google platforms, ensuring campaigns meet performance goals.
  • Creative Video Ad Campaigns: Collaborate with influencers, actors, and UGC creators to produce dynamic and engaging video ads.
  • Ad Copywriting: Develop compelling written content for ads that align with the creative vision and resonate with our target audience.
  • Campaign Optimization: Continuously test, analyze, and optimize ad performance, utilizing A/B testing and data-driven insights to drive results.
  • Market Trends: Stay ahead of trends in Meta, Google, Bing, and search engine marketing to ensure Dirt Legal’s ad strategies remain innovative and effective.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Provide regular performance reports, offering insights and actionable strategies to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness.
