Our ambitious domestic and international growth plans require an expansion of marketing leadership team, and as Head of Marketing, you will play a crucial role in realizing Urban Gym Group’s growth objectives.
We are looking for a highly skilled Paid Advertising Specialist to join our dynamic team and drive business growth through expert management of campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.

KEY SKILLS

  • Data Analysis: Measure campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments.
  • Platform Expertise: Mastery of Google Ads, social media platforms, and programmatic advertising.
  • Creative: Write compelling ad copy and collaborate on visuals.
  • Strategic Thinking: Develop ad strategies that fit within the marketing funnel and target the right audiences.
  • Budget and Bid Management: Efficient budget allocation and advanced bidding strategies.
  • Communication: Report campaign results clearly and collaborate across teams.
  • Adaptability: Quickly adjust to changing platforms and industry updates.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years in paid advertising, with strong experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Analytical, with problem-solving skills and an ability to manage multiple campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and programmatic ads.
  • Manage budgets, optimise for ROI, and apply bidding strategies (manual, automated, target CPA/ROAS).
  • Analyse data, track performance using KPIs (e.g., CTR, CPA, ROAS), and adjust strategies based on insights.
  • Collaborate with creative teams on ad copy and visual content to enhance performance.
  • Set up and manage conversion tracking and tagging via Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Stay updated on advertising trends, privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and industry changes.
