Responsibilities:

A BIT ABOUT THE ROLE

The Paid Media Executive will report to the Senior Paid Social Manager and assist them in executing the paid social strategy in Boden’s core markets of the UK, US and Germany.
The successful candidate will join our dynamic and rapidly growing Digital Marketing team, playing a key role in helping millions of people discover Boden and become loyal customers. You’ll contribute to Boden’s outstanding success by creating inspiring, engaging, and high-performing ad campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Google, Pinterest, and more.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Day to day execution of Paid Media, including creative optimisation, copy testing, audience optimisation and channel reporting.
  • Inputting into weekly reporting to internal stakeholders with clear insights on what we did, what we expected to see, what we saw and what we’d do differently next time.
  • Assist the Paid Media Manager in creating insight feedback loops with Product and Creative departments, ensuring that learnings are shared in an actionable way.
  • Assist the Paid Social Manager in identifying new opportunities to scale or optimise the channel, through experimentation.
  • Working collaboratively with key stakeholders in the Brand, Product and Customer teams to deliver best in class creative, product feeds and first party data that unlock improvements in performance of Paid Social
