Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Your primary focus will be driving client results through paid Facebook ads, leading to strong retention, glowing reviews, referrals, and upsell opportunities.
Here’s how you’ll contribute to our team’s success:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, provide insights, and maintain strong relationships.
- Launch, monitor, and optimise ad campaigns to achieve and exceed KPIs like ROAS and CPA.
- Renew and upsell clients by demonstrating value, fostering trust, and aligning with their growth goals.
- Actively seek client referrals and secure glowing reviews by delivering exceptional results and service.
- Provide coaching and education to clients, empowering them with insights into broader marketing strategies and how to grow their business beyond the ad platforms.
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients with areas like creative strategy, conversion rate optimisation, and overall business growth.
- Ensure ad accounts are mistake-free, aligned with client goals, and scalable for growth.
- Deliver clear, insightful performance updates to clients, showcasing results and strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure success.
