Creating Growth with Paid Media Campaigns
In a team of Digital Journeys & Performance, our mission is to enhance Danske Bank Finland’s growth by focusing on lead generation and customer experience on the danskebank.fi. Our growing and development-oriented team consists of web managers, a data analyst, an SEO manager, a visual designer and other digital sales professionals. Now, we are looking for Paid Media Manager to contribute to our goals by creating and implementing strategies for paid media.
As a Paid Media Manager, you will create strategies for paid channels, manage and optimize campaigns on various media buying platforms with emphasis on Google Ads and social media channels. You will monitor and optimize the performance, adjust bids and audiences to improve the results, and provide detailed reports and recommendations. In addition, you will collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad content and visuals and align our paid media activity with SEO.
MEDIA BUYING EXPERIENCE AND GOOD TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS
This role can be a fit for you, if you have a solid background in media buying and a genuine interest to keep yourself up to date on the latest developments in paid media. You like to identify trends, opportunities and new ways of working, and let your creativity flourish when solving problems. You are also focused on data which you can translate into reasoned decisions and actionable plans.
We expect you to have:
- At least 3 years of experience in managing paid media campaigns, with a focus on Google Ads and Meta.
- Experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
- Good time management skills with ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage many tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Finnish and English.
