We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Paid Media Manager to join our team. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for individuals looking to build a creative career while working in a dynamic educational environment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in managing paid media campaigns, with a focus on paid search (Google Ads) and paid social media.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and reporting tools like Excel, Google Data Studio, etc.
  • Experience with campaign budgeting, forecasting, and performance optimization.
  • A portfolio showcasing is recommended.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in e-commerce or lead generation campaigns.
  • Certifications in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint.
  • Knowledge of remarketing and audience segmentation strategies.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage media strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
  • Plan and execute end-to-end paid campaigns, including targeting, ad creation, bidding strategies, budget allocation, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI, CPA, and other KPIs.
  • Work with the design team to create high-converting ads and landing pages that resonate with target audiences.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other optimization techniques to continuously improve performance.
  • Use data analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) to generate insights and reports on campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, SEO, and product teams, to align on business goals and marketing initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new tools, and platform changes to ensure campaigns remain competitive and innovative.
  • Manage budgets and ensure cost efficiency across campaigns.
