Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re seeking a skilled Paid Media Specialist to join the Digital Marketing team and take ownership of driving ROI-focused digital advertising campaigns. If you thrive on data-driven decision-making, enjoy managing campaigns across diverse platforms, and have a knack for optimizing performance, this role is for you!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead Paid Media Efforts: Develop, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google and Meta Ads with potential to explore and integrate new platforms in the future.
  • Audience Building: Build, segment, and refine audience targeting strategies, by leveraging lookalike and remarketing audiences to optimize reach.
  • Testing & Optimization: Continuously experiment to enhance ad copy, design, and KPI metrics.
  • Budget & Bid Management: Manage campaign budgets, actively monitor, and adjust bids to maximize ROI and campaign efficiency.
  • Collaboration & Content Planning: Work closely with Graphic Designers and the E-commerce team to develop and optimize ads, landing pages, and content for campaign needs.
  • Reporting: Analyze campaign performance and present actionable insights to meet or exceed performance targets.
  • Partner & Platform Relations: Maintain strong relationships with advertising partners and platforms..
  • Research & Education: Keep up with the latest trends and tools in digital marketing to continuously optimize ad performance.
