We are seeking a Paid Media Strategist with 2+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role involves implementing SEM and paid social media strategies for clients, as well as developing support initiatives contributing to the goals and success of various projects.

Job Summary: We are seeking a Paid Media Strategist with 2+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role involves implementing SEM and paid social media strategies for clients, as well as developing support initiatives contributing to the goals and success of various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute various stages of online strategies, from user acquisition, conversion, and retention, to client and internal campaigns.
- Manage all paid digital media activities, including strategy, planning, execution, reporting, and optimizing.
- Oversee PPC campaigns on Google AdWords, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
- Build, manage, optimize, and maintain campaigns on multiple search engine platforms, social networks, and other sites.
- Proactively monitor, analyze, and optimize customer keyword portfolio through testing with ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, negative keywords, and other appropriate methods.
- Extract data from platforms and tools to provide analysis on various channels, measuring key metrics for trend analysis.
- Stay informed and current on Paid Digital Media and SEM trends, advances, changes to the competitive landscape, and keyword research.
- Optimize copy and landing pages for SEM.
- Conduct conversion rate analysis and provide recommendations.
- Report results and provide recommendations for optimization.
Qualifications:
- Experience in using tools such as Google AdWords, SEMRush, SpyFu, Google Analytics, RavenTools.
- Certifications in Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and Facebook Blueprint are a plus.
- Knowledge and experience with best practices for landing pages and A/B testing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in PPC/SEM.
- Confidence and proficiency in client-facing interactions.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a strong commitment to continuous learning and growth is a must.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
