Onda is a full-stack D2C growth agency that acts as a “one-stop-shop” for e-commerce business owners seeking assistance with their marketing labor and execution needs by providing premium talent. Joining our talent network offers you connections to the ultimate “freelance” gigs with our clients, but coupled with a variety of support departments (scheduling, billing, client resolution, etc) to help you focus on what you do best.
Our client is looking for strong Paid Search Media Buyer to manage the paid search advertising campaigns for a company’s products or services. The ideal candidate will have proven experience developing and executing paid search advertising strategies, creating and optimizing paid search ads, and tracking and analyzing the performance of paid search campaigns. They will also be proficient in using paid search advertising platforms, such as Google Ads.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for paid search campaigns across multiple search engines to meet client objectives and budgets
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify high-impact keywords, search trends, and audience insights to inform campaign strategies
  • Create compelling ad copy and landing pages that align with the client’s brand and messaging, and work with the creative team to develop engaging visuals that drive click-through rates and conversions
  • Implement effective bidding strategies, targeting tactics, and campaign structures to maximize the effectiveness of the campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust tactics and budgets as needed to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), such as click-through rate (CTR), cost per click (CPC), conversion rate (CR), and return on ad spend (ROAS)
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Account Managers, Data Analysts, and Creative teams, to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices for paid search advertising, and share insights and knowledge with internal teams and clients

Skills:

  • Proficient in managing paid search campaigns across multiple search engines
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing successful paid search campaigns that have achieved KPIs and ROI targets
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze campaign data and draw insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present campaign performance and recommendations to clients
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, while meeting deadlines and budgets
  • Experience using bid management tools, audience targeting, and segmentation tactics to optimize campaigns
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Microsoft Advertising, and other web analytics tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a team environment

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in search advertising, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns
  • Google Ads certification and experience with other search advertising platforms
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
  • Experience with eCommerce D2C clients and/or digital agencies is preferred
  • Strong organizational and project management skills

Additional Information:
