Description:

Ignite Visibility is looking for a highly skilled full-time Paid Search Account Manager to join our fast-growing and fully remote digital marketing agency, based in San Diego. This position is fully remote and is a great opportunity for an individual with demonstrated paid search management excellence to apply and grow their skills on innovative paid media campaigns while working with a talented team, advanced processes, and interesting clients.
The Paid Media Manager will be responsible for leading client media strategy, monitoring performance, executing optimizations and reporting to clients.

Position Responsibilities

  • Lead Paid Media (search focused) advertising strategy and execution for six to eight local search and B2B clients
  • Lead client communication through email, phone, and video
  • Coordinate with internal Omnichannel, Paid Social, Creative, Reporting, Analytics, SEO, Earned Social and Web Development teams

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of paid media work experience with an emphasis in paid local search and B2B
  • Hands on experience in managing $100k+ monthly client campaign budgets
  • lead gen paid and local paid search experiences required
  • Proven success with lead gen and eCommerce accounts
  • Excel / Google sheets competency including pivot tables and v-lookups
  • Data studio or similar reporting experience with data visualization
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong Presentation Skills, Creative, Customer Focused & Action Oriented
  • Critical Thinker, Relentless Learner, Winning Can Do Attitude
  • Strong Attention to Detail
  • Agency digital marketing experience

  • Google Ads / Bing Ads
  • Google Analytics

  • Shopping Ads & Feed Management + Optimization
  • Display & Video Ads Experience: Youtube, Google Display, Programmatic
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Call Tracking / Offline Conversion Integrations
  • Ad Management tools - Search Ads 360, Optmyzr, TrueClicks
  • Ability to provide creative direction to designers
  • Paid Social Experience: Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest Twitter, Snapchat, Tiktok
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) experience
  • Landing page platforms - Unbounce
