Responsibilities:

As a Paid Search Manager, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end ownership of client accounts including:

  • Ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion, and optimisation
  • Execution of tests, analysis of data and trends in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
  • Optimise copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns
  • Meeting with the design, writing, and marketing teams to ideate and define marketing requirements
  • Designing and developing online marketing campaigns to maximise search engine returns and website traffic
  • Implementing PPC advertising campaigns to best practices
  • Monitoring SEM analytics such as conversion rate, CPCs, and customer acquisition rates.
  • Keeping up to date with the latest advancements in search trends, PPC strategies, and the best practices.

Skills Required:

To be successful in this role, you are an experienced paid search professional and have performed a similar role within either agency or client-side environment.

  • Minimum 2 years of proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns with Google Ads, Google Shopping, Search, Display & Analytics.
  • Ideally have a strong e-commerce experience.
  • Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing with in-depth experience with bid management tools
  • Strong understanding of SEM techniques and best practices
  • Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports
  • Must have working rights in Australia. No Sponsorship is available for this role
