• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing media activity from strategy to execution and evaluation across paid search.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and data analysis.
• Strong financial and analytical abilities, including budgeting and performance review.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear direction and guidance.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Self-motivated, driven, and adaptable in a dynamic, agile environment.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think outside the box and make key decisions early.
