Role: Paid Social Manager (Contractor)
Function: Media Buying | Meta & TikTok Ads | Acquisition Strategy
Responsibility: Drive new customer growth through paid ads for our e-commerce clients
Reports to: Senior Paid Social Manager
Location: Remote (UK, Europe or South Africa)
Compensation: B2B Contract - £15000 - £3500 (Per month rate)
Job Type: This is an initial 3-month contract with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role based on performance and mutual fit.
BACKGROUND:
Founded in 2019 by Olly Hudson and Joe Marston, Soar With Us has rapidly grown into one of the UK’s premier advertising agencies for e-commerce brands. Our 25-person team spent over £20 million on Meta and TikTok ads for clients in 2022, working with brands like The Essence Vault, Art of Football, and Public Desire. As part of our latest growth phase, we’re seeking skilled Paid Social Managers to drive success for our DTC clients and help us scale to new heights.
In this role, you’ll manage a diverse portfolio of clients from onboarding to continuous growth, creating data-driven strategies through platforms like Meta and TikTok. With a high degree of autonomy, you’ll be responsible for achieving key metrics, such as CAC, NC-ROAS, eROAS, and ad spend targets.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Ensure client success across diverse niches, helping to retain and grow accounts through strong results.
- Strategise, build, and execute high-budget Meta & TikTok ad campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with your clients, communicating regularly via Slack and Google Meet.
- Align activities with the Head of Acquisition to ensure smooth progress and effective strategies.
- Provide insight into current and future e-commerce best practices, including Paid Ads, CRO, creative strategy, and more.Constantly research and train to stay on top of e-commerce trends.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- At least 3 year of experience running Meta and TikTok Ads at a high level for e-commerce brands.
- Preferably, prior agency experience or experience in a 7-8 figure e-commerce brand.
- Strong understanding of Shopify and e-commerce; knowledge of tools like Klaviyo or Triple Whale is essential.
- Exceptional research skills to adapt quickly to varied client needs.
