Flow Neuroscience has developed a new, highly scalable depression treatment that has the potential to completely change the way the world treats mental health.
Our headset is already being used by the NHS, over 200 private clinics and 25k users.
The data from these users, our own clinical trial, and extensive research in the scientific literature indicates that 57% of people that use Flow will be depression-free, and over two thirds will have an improvement in their symptoms.
We’re backed by leading VCs (Khosla Ventures) and have raised over $20m to date.

  • 5+ years experience in scaling Meta

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years in scaling Meta
  • A/B testing experience
  • Experienced in working with content creators
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and Amplitude preferred
  • DTC/ Ecom experience is preferred
  • Experience in working on production shoots is a bonus

Responsibilities:

We’re looking for a data-driven, creative, highly ambitious Paid Social Manager to scale Meta.
Reporting directly to the Head of D2C, you’ll be taking a channel in its infancy and using your knowledge and skills to scale it profitably.

You will:

  • Have full accountability for Meta, responsible for managing the channel and scaling it within CAC/LTV limits.
  • Write the playbook - this is a relatively new channel, and this role will write the playbook for how we scale across markets.
  • Define a strong testing methodology, with hypotheses, creative briefs and feedback loops, so over time we learn and continually get better.
  • Work with brilliant agencies and content creators to create a high volume of creative to test in bi-weekly sprints.
  • Track, measure and report on the things that matter, and are crucial to scaling up the channel profitably, such as hook rate, CAC and LTV.
  • Communicate learnings with the rest of the D2C team and the company.
