POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a skilled Composite Paint Technician to join our growing team. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our Paint Shop as we expand to meet the demands of a growing customer base.

Responsibilities:

As a Composite Paint Technician, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and masking composite components in readiness for painting.
  • Applying a range of primers, paints, and coatings.
  • Conducting finishing tasks on painted components to ensure they meet inspection standards.
  • Operating spray booths and ovens with precision.
  • Managing paint mixing and other painting equipment systems effectively.
  • Managing disposal and recycling of paint and other chemicals.
  • Upholding Health and Safety regulations.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the paint shop.
  • Engaging in continuous improvement activities.
