Responsibilities:
- Work on a preventative maintenance programme for painting and decorating around the hotel in public areas, back of house and guest rooms
- You will be an excellent communicator and build excellent relationships with departments across the hotel
- Report on any new or developing engineering works that need to be addressed to the Engineering Manager
- Assist with energy saving and green initiatives within the hotel
- Assist with inventory organisation and ordering
