Description:
Master Flo Valve Inc. is currently seeking a full-time permanent Painter to work with our team on the Afternoon shift in Edmonton, AB.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Two or more years of industrial painting experience (manufacturing environment preferred) is required
- Two to five years of experience using Epoxy coatings is required
- Two or more years of industrial sandblasting experience is preferred
- WHIMS knowledge and training is an asset
- Overhead crane training or experience is an asset
- Hoist and rigging training or experience is an asset
- Grade 12 education preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and capable of working with minimal supervision
- Solid work ethic and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- A commitment to workplace health and safety and quality policy and objectives

Responsibilities:
- Perform all functions related to the preparation of sandblasting valve
- Perform sandblasting of valves
- Perform all functions pertaining to the painting of valves
- Participate in coordinating work schedule for the Paint and Prep area.
- Perform Inspect product for visible damage prior to and after masking
- Preserve product after painting for shipment to the customer
- Maintain traceability of prepared product
- Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness of the paint department
- Perform all maintenance on equipment as required.
- Ensure adherence to quality control standards.
- Actively support and comply with corporate programs, standards, and policies, including the Health and Safety, Environmental, and Quality programs
- Other duties as required.
