Ensures that each Carma car repair is supported by the correct and accurate technique, retaining the factory paintwork while carefully removing dent damage.

• Overview of the workflow of vehicle repairs and alignment with expectations of the Operations Manager.
• Restore Carma vehicles to a dent-free state.
• Remove dents through the use of different techniques including glue pulling and leveraging which may require the removal of vehicle lights and interior panels.
• Provide guidance on panel defects and possible repair techniques
• Complete work orders required for a vehicle and confirm that work has been carried out with the quality that we are looking for.
• Assist in prepping vehicles when required.
• Work in collaboration with the team to ensure that IRC runs as efficiently as possible and help create a great work environment.
• Communicate effectively support the wider team and provide assistance when needed.
• Maintain a clean work area and take pride in our workshop being maintained to the highest standards and one where you would be proud to show our customers around!
