Description:

Are you passionate about palliative care? Do you want to work with an enthusiastic team building on your palliative care skills? The Community Palliative Care team in Basingstoke is looking for a Specialist Palliative Care Clinical Nurse Specialist to join their team and w e are open to accept applications from band 6 or 7. The palliative care service operates over 7 days.
