Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience in partner relationship management, with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors and resellers.
Demonstrated ability in sales planning and strategy, with a track record of achieving revenue targets and expanding product presence within partner portfolios.
Strong background in business development, identifying new business opportunities, emerging trends, and market shifts to drive growth.
In-depth product knowledge, particularly in the technology sector, with the ability to effectively communicate value propositions to partners.
Experience in deal management, including handling sales opportunities, quotes, and orders with timely and accurate processing.
Conflict resolution skills, with a demonstrated ability to resolve partner-related issues effectively and maintain communication.
Proficiency in reporting and analytics, with the ability to track sales performance and provide insights to improve partner engagement.
Capability to facilitate training and enablement, ensuring partners are well-informed on product offerings.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven track record of aligning reseller opportunities to distributors, specifically within the South African market.
Extensive experience in business development and relationship management within the distribution and reseller channels.
Demonstrated success in generating and increasing opportunities to maximize sales within the channel.
Strong ability in sales forecasting and strategic planning, particularly on a quarterly basis.
Experience in facilitating training and product knowledge sessions for sales teams and partners.
Proficient in implementing, executing, and tracking sales targets and marketing activities per quarter.
Ability to assist resellers with aligning the correct products to client requests, including competitive pricing strategies.
Skilled in leading, motivating, coaching, and developing sales teams, with experience in managing the Lenovo SMB product portfolio.
