JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Remove and replace damaged panels and components, ensuring a precise fit and finish.
• Use appropriate tools and techniques to perform repairs on various vehicle makes and models.
• Perform metal and plastic repairs using a variety of techniques and tools.
• Work with paint technicians to ensure proper preparation and refinishing of repaired areas.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and repair guides.
• Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to company policies and industry standards.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs.

REQUIREMENTS FOR PANEL BEATER:

• Proven experience in panel beating and structural repairs
• Relevant qualifications or certifications (CRA, I-CAR) are an advantage
• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to quality
• Comprehensive industry knowledge and understanding
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
• Team-oriented with a good sense of humor
• Valid New Zealand driver’s license (Restricted or Full)
• Comfortable driving manual transmission vehicles
• Strong reliability and work ethic
• Positive, self-motivated, and punctual
• Eager to pursue personal development
• Current NZ driver’s license (Restricted or Full)
• Confident driving manual cars
