Tasks
- Actively support the legal entity portfolio management in Central Europe (DACH+PL+CZ) in cooperation with local legal counsels and follow up on corporate governance compliance.
- Actively monitor and maintain Amer’s internal compliance system in cooperation with the local legal team and business stakeholders.
- Actively participate in setting up and maintaining a global contract management system for Amer Sports.
- Monitor and control legal compliance obligations for Amer Sports entities in the DACH region, plus PL and CZ (e.g., submissions to the Green Dot system).
- Provide support to the local legal team in their day-to-day work, including organizing legal team meetings and coordinating activities related to the legal team.
- Support the local legal team in their daily work, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned from time to time to ensure the smooth operation of the legal team.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of work experience as a legal assistant or paralegal in a law firm or an international organization.
- Experience using contract management systems, compliance systems, and other IT tools.
- Proficient in both oral and written German and English, with excellent communication skills. Additional language skills are a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a hands-on mentality.
- Organized and diligent in work habits.
- Agile and flexible, able to work in a fast-paced environment where multiple tasks must often be managed in parallel.
- A great collaborator with a genuine interest in building networks across the global company.
- Technically savvy, particularly in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and web-based tools, and comfortable learning to use new tools.
