- A proven ability to manage corporate documents, from drafting resolutions to maintaining electronic and paper minute books without missing a beat.
- 2+ years of experience as a corporate legal assistant, ideally in the eCommerce space, where you handled everything from filings to contract administration.
- Experience assisting in the drafting of corporate resolutions and ancillary documents, ensuring they are accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- A resume that demonstrates your ability to assist in filing Annual Returns for multiple entities, ensuring all deadlines are met and filings are accurate.
- Experience in legal research tools and the know-how to dive deep into laws, rulings, and regulations to find the answers that matter.
- A keen attention to detail, ensuring all legal documents are accurate, thorough, and compliant with regulations.
- Experience preparing standard operating procedure (SOP) guidelines for the legal business unit, ensuring processes are consistent and follow best practices.
- Strong skills in implementing and maintaining an efficient contract lifecycle management system, ensuring all contracts are tracked, executed, and stored properly.
Some experience acting as the liaison with outside counsel, ensuring effective communication and smooth collaboration on legal matters.Bonus points for experience in the health or eCommerce sectors—you know the ins and outs of this fast-paced, dynamic environment.
