JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Requirements

  • Take charge of centralization of corporate secretary work in the APAC region.
  • Assist with various legal documents signing and filing.
  • Support on setting up various aligned standard processes, frameworks and systems across different countries in the APAC region.
  • Support on coordination with IP team in the headquarters and Spain to assist with the resolution of IP issues in the region.
  • Support on setting up contract template databases for APAC region, sort out and clean up contract templates and put them into template databases.
  • Support on setting up the contract review & approval platform.
  • Conduct legal research and support review of legal documents and counselling to Business teams according to legal counsels’ instruction and guidance.
  • Provide a wide range of support to other Legal team members on matters relating to business operations in the APAC region.
  • Perform all the other legal and legal admin related responsibilities as necessary as directed by Senior Legal Counsel, APAC.

Your Profile

  • LLB or LLM from a reputable law school.
  • 1-2 years of working experience in law firm or MNC preferred.
  • High degree of coordination, organizational and prioritization abilities.
  • Highest ethical standards and strong sense of integrity.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and positively influence outcomes.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, self-disciplines and team-oriented.
  • Committed to ADM values: integrity, respect, excellence, resourcefulness, teamwork, and responsibility.
  • Work independently with general supervision and direction from line manager in furtherance of department goals.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while handling multiple competing tasks simultaneously to closure.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
