Summary
We are looking for a “Paralegal Assistant (f/m/d)” for the “Corporate Legal” department at the Taufkirchen location as soon as possible.
Corporate Legal is a department of the HENSOLDT Group’s legal and compliance department. Corporate Legal advises the management, the business units and the central functions on all corporate, capital market and financing law issues and ensures the legal implementation of adequate corporate governance structures for all legal entities of the HENSOLDT Group.

Your Tasks

  • Organizational and content-related support of the HENSOLDT Group as team assistant for the Corporate Legal Team on topics in the area of corporate law and on issues related to financial law
  • Processing know-your-customer (“KYC”) inquiries from external consultants, banks and clients
  • Ensuring compliance with existing obligations under the German Money Laundering Act and maintaining the transparency register
  • Supporting and coordinating the interests of the Supervisory Board (Corporate Office / Supervisory Board Office) in cooperation with the Head of Corporate Legal of the HENSOLDT Group
  • Preparation and follow-up of Supervisory Board meetings, topic planning and follow-up of resubmissions; organizational support of meetings and coordination with translators and technology
  • Organized filing of committee decisions and other legal documents for the corporate records in paper and electronic form
  • Support with invoice verification and processing, planning business trips and preparing travel expense reports
  • Independent communication with members of management, executives, notaries and authorities for the approval and signing of legal documents
  • Support and implementation of corporate law measures (commercial register entries, notarizations and certifications, powers of attorney)
  • Organization of meetings, reception and greeting of external guests and clients

Your Profile

  • Confident handling of Microsoft Office
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Interest in dealing with legal issues, in particular corporate and / or financial law topics
  • Enjoy teamwork and cross-functional cooperation, also in an international context
  • Solution-oriented thinking and a high degree of accuracy, diligence and initiative
  • Fluency in German and English
