Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

A new opportunity for a Personal Assistant or Paralegal has been created to support the continued growth of our Darwin team! You will be confident working autonomously and be able to prioritise your tasks effectively in a fast-paced and varied environment. You will have a proactive approach to your work, collaborating with the Lawyers and senior team members on site to ensure we continue to deliver the best service and outcomes for our clients.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

  • Have a minimum of 1 year experience in a PA/Paralegal role within law - experience in Family law is an advantage.
  • Exhibit a professional approach to work, with exceptional communication skills.
  • Demonstrate maturity in attitude and behaviour, and possess a genuine interest in Family Law.
  • Display a high level of enthusiasm, energy, initiative, and commitment to work.
  • Have sound knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with exposure to legal document management systems being a plus.
  • Possess strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
