Description:

University education with a huge interest in Legal field
Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures and documents
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Enthusiastic personality with a positive and pro-active mindset
Precise and punctual
Fluent Romanian and English, any other language is considered an advantage
Previous experience as a paralegal or in a similar role is preferred Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as: power of attorneys, agreements, termination of contracts, corporate documents, letters to state authorities etc.
Conduct legal research and gather information relevant to cases.
Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and up to date.
Manage case calendars, track important deadlines, and coordinate meetings.
Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel as needed.
Assist the team with matters related to the Trade Register, ANAF, local taxes, ANCPI, banks.
Maintain relations of an administrative nature with public institutions, authorities with jurisdictional powers, notaries public and bailiffs, public administration bodies and other legal entities.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
