Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE

You’ll have the drive to develop your skills and potential within an experienced Legal team, bringing the following with you:

  • An appetite to work in fast-paced and agile environment, getting involved with multiple work streams

You’ll join our proactive in-house Paralegal team, providing varied legal support across business divisions such as Marketing, Commercial, Corporate, right through to litigation. Day to day, this is some of what you can expect to be doing:

  • Assisting in preparing, drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contractual documents
  • Supporting the Commercial and Delivery teams
  • Advising on legal queries, undertaking legal research, and helping to maintain knowledge resources for the Legal team and wider business
  • Supporting on lower-value litigation, arbitration, and court processes
  • Assisting with process improvement
  • Facilitating and supporting in risk mitigation and awareness across the busines
