Description:
Commercial Real Estate Paralegal needed for law firm to in Charlotte, North Carolina. The successful candidate will play an integral role in our commercial real estate operations, managing the closing process, conducting title and survey reviews, and preparing essential documentation.
- Manage commercial real estate closings, ensuring all processes are executed accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct thorough reviews of title and surveys to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Prepare and organize closing documents to facilitate smooth and timely transactions.
- Develop and maintain settlement statements, ensuring they accurately reflect the details of the transaction.
- Utilize software tools such as SoftPro ProTrust and RynohLive to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer inquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as needed, in line with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate customer credit records, updating information as necessary to reflect changes in customer circumstances.
- Process customer credit applications, adhering to established guidelines and standards.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Paralegal
- In-depth knowledge and experience in Commercial Real Estate law
- Proficient in legal research and documentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be authorized to work in the specified location.
