Using your understanding of the law, you’ll assist fee-earners with managing their caseloads of sale, purchase, remortgage and other associated matters for both freehold and leasehold properties.
Given the nature of the role, you’ll need to be hardworking and be able to thrive in a pressurised environment; reacting to changing deadlines and priorities in a professional and pragmatic manner.
You’ll be able to demonstrate an up-to-date legal knowledge and an enthusiasm for continuing your professional development to ensure that you are always able to provide the best services to our clients. You’ll have the confidence to contribute to team meetings and work collaboratively, sharing best practice and learning from your colleagues.
