WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR…

Due to an expansion of work, we are keen to hear from experienced paralegals with a background in employment rights. As well as knowledge of Employment Law and Employment Tribunal (ET) Procedure, we are looking excellent communicators who thrive in a supportive team environment and can work on their own initiative.
Together with a degree in Law or a related qualification, we are looking for highly organised creative thinkers who can demonstrate an empathetic and persuasive approach to client care in a legal environment.

Our paralegals assist in the management/running of large-scale group litigation, including specific tasks such as calculating losses, attending on clients, witnesses, undertaking legal research, attending tribunals, the EAT, etc.
There may also be opportunities to get involved with cases within the wider employment rights team, including assisting on/potentially managing straightforward employment advice and/or representation matters, such as, unfair dismissals, wages claims, settlement agreements etc, under supervision.
