Description:

We are looking for a Paralegal to join our thriving Housing and Regeneration Litigation team based in Liverpool, working alongside our wider team in Manchester and working closely with Partners in Housing and Regeneration supporting the fee earners within the team. Work will be varied, interesting and stimulating and include supporting fee earners in connection with:

  • Anti-social behaviour and other breach of tenancy injunctions.
  • Disrepair claims including responding to claim letters, organising disclosure and advising on liability.
  • Using the Case Management System.
  • Applying for access injunctions.
  • General housing management advice on tenancy issues.

We are looking for an individual who is hard working and powered on delivering tangible results and displays a desire to be an integral part of the growth of the team.
Previous work experience in a legal setting is desirable, however not essential for this role as we offer full training and development.
The successful individual will have gained the required level of skills and experience, candidates would normally be required to possess legal qualifications in the form of a law degree or ILEX, but we are happy to hear from any applicant who can demonstrate the level of skills and knowledge that we are looking for.
