Description:

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Paralegal II in Seattle, Washington. This role primarily involves the application of legal, policy, and compliance knowledge to support business operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing agreements, interacting with suppliers, and handling various tasks related to the contingent workforce within our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately manage and maintain compliance notes and policies.
  • Interface with suppliers and handle various issues related to supplier agreements.
  • Utilize R Code knowledge to perform various tasks.
  • Coordinate and manage contracting processes to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with the terms of the Supplier Master Services Agreement.
  • Handle all aspects of the Contingent Workforce Program, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.
  • Process and manage financial notes pertaining to the business operations.
  • Ensure the accuracy and maintenance of all records related to customer credit applications.
  • Proactively monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
  • Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Demonstrated experience in policy and compliance.
  • Proficiency in financial note handling and management.
  • Experience with supplier management and engagement.
  • Familiarity with drafting and examining agreements.
  • Knowledge of R Code would be advantageous.
  • Experience in contracting and understanding legal language.
  • Experience or understanding of managing a contingent workforce.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in law, business administration, or related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
