QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong legal writing skills and knowledge of applicable laws.
• Proven experience managing multiple attorneys and large caseloads.
• Familiarity with Outlook and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to thrive in a paperless environment.
• Excellent client service skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

• Docket and manage case deadlines.
• Organize attorney calendars and set mediation sessions and hearings.
• Draft and e-file pleadings and legal documents.
• Draft correspondence and communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court clerks.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial disclosures and discovery requests/responses.
• Assist in hearing preparation, ensuring all documents and details are organized and ready.
• Provide clear and effective communication with clients and team members.
• Stay up-to-date on applicable legal rules, statutes, and procedures.
• Manage multiple attorneys’ caseloads with accuracy and attention to detail.
