Description:
PARALEGAL INTERN
Salary: £21,000
Location: Warwick Head Office
12-month placement (30th June 2025 – 10th July 2026)
Working Hours: 37.5 hours a week Monday- Friday. 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays.
CURRENT DEGREE REQUIREMENTS:
- Studying for a qualifying law degree (LLB).
- 2 years completed – placement between 2nd & 3rd study years.
- Academic grades on track for a First or High 2:1 in their chosen studies.

As a paralegal intern, you will be working on various projects within different areas of law as well as assisting the Legal Counsel with regular team responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reviewing and updating contractual templates to reflect changes in legislation.
- Assisting with drafting commercial contracts.
- Identifying and implementing necessary changes in business processes to reflect regulatory change.
- Drafting Internal policy documentation, briefing notes, and training materials to educate the business on legal issues.
- Carrying out Due diligence and taking steps to mitigate risk, as part of the compliance function.
- Participation in additional stand-alone team projects.
- Any other duties that may be reasonably requested by your manager.
- Conducting research via legal research websites.
