Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE AND WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

You’ll join the team led by Chris Kardahji in Sheffield, specialising in all types of personal injury cases, including road traffic accidents, injuries at work, slips and trips and fatal accidents.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Assisting on complex and/or high value cases including obtaining documents, medical and other evidence, instructing Counsel and assisting with other litigation tasks.
  • Working independently and as part of a team to deliver the best outcomes for our seriously injured clients.
  • Achieving time recording and fee income targets to ensure profitable working.
  • Working to deadlines and complying with directions / decisions made.
  • Keeping up to date with changes in relevant law and practice and attending appropriate training events to ensure up to date legal knowledge and best practice.
