Description:

An exciting opportunity for an experienced paralegal to join our Residential Conveyancing department.
The role will be working within the Residential Conveyancing department, supporting the Solicitors and Conveyancing Executives and running their own cases in the busy department.

THESE WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:-

  • Taking new enquires
  • Providing quotations to new clients
  • Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion, including freehold and leasehold transactions, with limited support.
  • Draft legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and other related documents.
  • Conduct property searches and due diligence checks.
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other third parties.
  • Provide clients with regular updates and exceptional customer service throughout the conveyancing process.
  • Assisting on Solicitors and Conveyancing Executives matters
  • Post-completion administration including submission of SDLT and AP1s
  • Assist in training and supporting junior paralegals.
  • Handle client queries and resolve issues as they arise.
    We are looking for someone with a good amount of paralegal experience working within Residential Conveyancing and a strong understanding of the residential property market and relevant legal processes. you must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines effectively. High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills is essential.
