Our legal department team is looking for a

Responsibilities:

  • provide support to our Manager Holdings Legal
  • draft legal documents such as powers of attorney and board/shareholder’s resolutions
  • prepare of board meetings, minute-taking
  • do RCS/RBE filings
  • be in close contact with internal and external stakeholders
  • liaise with notaries and other service providers
  • handle various administrative activities such as keeping legal files and corporate database up-to-date
