We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our attorneys, legal research, and document management. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient and effective legal operations.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive legal research, gathering pertinent case law, statutes, and regulations.
- Draft and assist in the preparation of legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and correspondence.
- Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are current, well-organized, and easily accessible.
- Facilitate client communications while upholding strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Review and summarize files and documents to support attorneys’ case preparation.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and ensure timely delivery.
- Stay informed on legal developments and regulatory changes within the UAE.
