Our client is seeking a dedicated Paralegal to join their prestigious law firm in Singapore. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the legal team, providing essential assistance with case preparation, research, and documentation.

REQUIREMENTS:

• With a least 2 to 3 relevant years of experience handling private residential and commercial properties transactions including sale and purchase of completed properties, redemption, refinancing and/or HDB properties.
• Able to handle CPF conveyancing work.
• Possess a cheerful personality, as well as responsive and proactive work attitude.
• Provide full secretarial and administrative support to lawyers.Strong command of both English and Chinese (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders as well as English-speaking stakeholders.

• Handle conveyancing matters such as sales and purchase of properties, land transfers etc.
• Assist in data entry, filing, conducting title searches, invoicing and other administrative support.
• Preparation of legal documents.
• Liaison with clients, banks and related parties to ensure completion of conveyancing procedure.Perform other duties as assigned.
