REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a paralegal or in a related legal position
- Strong knowledge of immigration law and procedures
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in legal research and document drafting
- Intermediate to advanced level of Spanish and English
- Good Knowledge of French will be a plus
- Must be LEGALLY able to work in Canada
