PARALEGAL, LEGAL EXECUTIVE

POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Paralegal, Legal Executive to join our support team. This role will be key in conducting administrative and legal work supporting the company’s growth across multiple regions and demonstrate strong organisational skills in matters regarding partnership documentation and legislation in particular reporting to the Chief Financial Officer.demonstrating

1-3 year’s previous experience as a legal executive/paralegal
Previous administrative experience
QUALIFICATIONS
Third Level Degree or relevant industry qualification desirable.
Candidates must be eligible to work in Ireland or currently hold a Stamp 4 Visa to apply.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate all legal Partner Documentation
Collaborate with all the relevant stakeholders to ensure the flow of documentation both to internal and external stakeholders.
Manage amendments to existing Practice legal documentation.
Liaise and support external legal counsel on all acquisition documentation.
Liaise with external Company Secretary provider on documentation and requests.
Maintain up to date index of all Partnership Documentation.
Handle and draft responses to various queries.
